How it works

Three steps back to 72°

  1. Tell us what it's doing

Book online or call. Warm air, ice, water, noise: tell us and we'll bring the right parts.

  2. We show up in the window

An arrival window you can plan around. You hear the diagnostic fee before we come.

  3. Price first, then cool

A flat price for the fix before any work starts. Approve it and we get your house back to 72°.

Where we work

Austin and the towns around it

Your city decides your electric utility, and your utility decides which rebates you can get. Each page spells it out.

112°

Austin's record high. That's the job description.

An Austin AC runs harder and longer than almost anywhere in the country. Everything we do is built around that.

Our promise

Six things you can hold us to

We're new, so we'd rather show you how we work than borrow a star rating. Every job, every time.

  1. You hear the price first

The diagnostic fee on the phone, the repair price before a single panel comes off. No hourly meter.

  2. A window, not a day

We give you an arrival window and keep it, or call before it closes to say why.

  3. Repair before replace

If a repair makes sense, that's what we quote. A replacement only ever comes with the repair price beside it.

  4. Permitted and inspected

Every replacement gets its City permit and inspection, which Austin Energy rebates require anyway.

  5. Your house, left clean

Shoe covers, drop cloths, old equipment hauled away and refrigerant recovered properly.

  6. Someone picks up

Call during business hours and a person answers, not a menu or a call center out of state.

FAQ

What Austin homeowners ask us

Still stuck? Call (512) 555-0142 and a real person picks up.

How fast can you get to me?

On most weekdays we can get to Austin-area homes the same day, especially if you call in the morning. In a heat wave, homes with no cooling and vulnerable people go first.

Do you tell me the price before you start?

Always. You hear the diagnostic fee before we come out. Then the tech shows you a flat price for the repair, and nothing starts until you say yes.

Which areas do you serve?

Austin plus Round Rock, Pflugerville, Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, Hutto, Kyle, Buda and Lakeway.

Are you licensed?

Yes. Air conditioning contractors in Texas are licensed and regulated by TDLR, and our license number is printed at the bottom of every page.

Is there still a tax credit for a new heat pump?

Not for 2026 installs. The federal 25C credit ended for systems placed in service after 2025. Austin Energy customers may still qualify for local rebates; our rebates page has the details.

Too hot, too cold, no hot water? Call us.

Book a visit online or call. You'll hear the diagnostic fee before we come and the price before we start.
